The initial idea for my journalling & scent therapy business was born in exhaustion, overwhelm, love, survival, caffeine and the quiet moments at 3am, when I realised I needed something gentle, yet sustainable, to hold me together.

vEgo Boost came from real life. From mental health struggles. From being a parent carer. From carrying too much for too long. From trying to function in a world that keeps asking for more than you have to give. And from the deep need for comfort, grounding and little rituals that make life feel safer, softer and more manageable.

I created the things I couldn’t find when I needed them the most:

• Guided journals and planners for when your thoughts feel tangled.

• Wax melts that wrap you in scent memories, calm and familiar - like a little hug for your nervous system.

• Affirmations and digital art for when your inner voice needs kindness.

Because regardless of your circumstances, you’re allowed to rest, to feel, to breathe, to be human.

vEgo Boost has launched first with parent carer support products because that is what is closest to my heart - including the book I wish someone had handed me ten years ago, when my child was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. It’s the life I live, the world I know and the community I wanted to create something for. 

But this is only the beginning. I’m quietly and lovingly building more - new journals, creative projects, ritual tools, candle & wax melt collections and gentle resources for anyone who needs emotional support, comfort or just a moment of calm.

Everything here is made with heart, intention and lived experience. Designed, crafted and packaged in-house in rural Lincolnshire, every piece is created with care and a touch of love.
