Physical Products (e.g. journals, candles, wax melts, self-care kits)
Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To request a return or refund:
Please email us at myvegoboost@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund - whatever works best for you.
Digital Products (e.g. downloads, printables)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please reach out - we’re always happy to help fix it.
